Samples

Samples will be provided at the 1-19 piece pricing and can be dispatched the same day if remitted before 2pm EST.
Unused and undamaged blank samples can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a credit provided they are in their original state.
Freight incurred will not be credited.

 

Returns

Prior to return, all merchandise requires a Return Authorisation from your PBO consultant. Returns must be in an individual poly-bag (same as what they were originally packed in) and are not to have been used or marked in any way. The cartons are to be clearly marked with your company’s name and return authorisation number. Goods are to be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.

A no return policy applies to decorated, discontinued or clearance stock.

All blank returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
Freight will not be credited.

 

Freight

Freight is charged dependant on consignment size and destination. We ship to all areas within Australia using our standard freight service via Direct Freight. Any delivery restrictions must be advised up front as any additional charges that apply for redelivery, access dificulties or hand unload will be passed on.
We try to keep these charges as low as possible so please contact us for a quote.

Some products on promotion may have free freight applied.

 

Warranty

All products are guaranteed 100% against faulty material and workmanship for one year. Faulty products can be either credited or replaced with a similar item from our stock (undecorated). Those beyond 30 days will be replaced with a blank product.

 

Art Charges

A free indent production art proof will be available for signing within 48 hours after all information is received. (When required within 24 hours will incur a $50/hr charge.) New concepts and custom quotes are available within 48 hours after all information is received.

(When required within 24 hours will incur a $75/hr charge if possible).

 

Payment

Indent, customised or decorated orders will require a deposit of 40% before commencement.
Balance will be required on completion of production, prior to international shipping.

Blank stock orders will only require 30%.
Balance will be required in full prior to despatching final goods.

Credit card & PayPal payment methods are accepted and will incurr a 1.75% transaction fee.

NB: When claiming the Pay-Up-Front Discount price, the full balance will be required to be paid up front before commencement of the order.

 

 

Production Times

Lead times for indent jobs will be quoted by your account manager on a job by job basis. The times quoted are from the date we receive both the artwork approval and the confirmed purchase order until the date we can dispatch the goods from our Sydney warehouse.

 

Order Delivery

Customers must be ready to recieve goods within 7 days of advised completion/despatching date including the settlement of any outstanding balances. Any delays in despatching final goods for any reason will incur storage fees accrued on a daily basis.


GST
10% GST is to be added to all prices mentioned in this price list.

 

Hold Policy

To provide you with confidence when submitting quotations to your client, Promobagsonline is happy to offer you the ability to hold stock items for up to 72 hours free of charge. When your customer confirms their order, you then have the assurance that the stock you quoted is available.

To extend a stock hold beyond 72 hours, a purchase order and a minimum of 30% payment must be made to allocate your stock. Alternately, a non refundable deposit of 10% can be paid to secure the goods for 30 days.

A cancellation fee of 10% applies to cancelled Purchase Orders of stock items that have not been shipped or decorated.

 

Indent Order Cancellations

As customised or decorated indent orders cannot be used for any other purpose, refunds can only be calculated based on the stage of production and shipping at the point of confirmation of the request to cancel has been recieved.

Prior to International Shipping, a component that represents shipping and cartage can be refunded. Once goods have shipped, only the local freight component can be refunded.

This is calculated on a case by case basis as many variables are looked at to try to assist our customers.
